Our very first beginner course will begin on Tuesday, November 1st at 11am. This 8 week course will run twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays and will cover our full Intro curriculum.
About the curriculum:
All classes include a dynamic warm up, movement drills as well as intructions regarding the technique of the day. During this class complete beginners will have a chance to learn the fundamental positions, submissions and movements that make jiu jitsu work. We believe that this way of structuring classes gives beginners a head start with their fundamentals and understanding of jiu jitsu. The classes are appropriately physically demanding, but a lot of fun at the same time.
